Underwater Study

Students will take a field trip to Newport Aquarium to conduct research on animal habitats, different species of animals and plants, feeding habits of animals, and behavior of the animals. Once the information is gathered, students compile a report to present to their teacher.

Animal Behavior Encounter

Students will take a field trip to Soulstang to help groom, cleanup, and feed mustang horses. Students will also tour the facilities while learning about the bond between mustangs and humans, as well as the behavior and history of mustangs.
